Dr. Daniels’ office is located at Collaborations in Clinical Care on the first floor of a handicapped-accessible building that is easily reached from a wide geographic area on Boston's South Shore and beyond.
From North (Boston area)

Take the Expressway South, and at the Braintree split take Route 93 South. From Rte. 93 (Milton) take exit 2A – Route 138 South toward Stoughton. Follow for 2 miles through 2 sets of lights. My office address is 275 Turnpike Street and is on the right after Jiffy Lube, Bank of Canton, and Meetinghouse Road. My office is located on the first floor in the back of the building.

From South (Stoughton/Brockton)
Follow Rt. 138 North toward Canton. The office building (275 Turnpike St.) is on the left side past Dunkin' Donuts. My office is in the rear on the first floor.
