What Are Eating Disorders and Anxiety?

Eating disorders are serious problems that affect how a person thinks about food, their body, and themselves. These disorders can make people do harmful things to control their weight, like not eating enough, avoid certain foods, or making themselves throw up. ● Anorexia Nervosa: This involves eating very little, fearing weight gain, and having a distorted view of one’s body.
