Insurance
We no longer accept insurance. However, we will provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
A Superbill is an itemized list of services required by insurance companies for you to receive reimbursement if your provider is out-of-network.
To find out more about your coverage, please check with your insurance company.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, Zelle and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
I understand things come up and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment. However, I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. This means that if you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled, you will be charged the full fee.
